Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of events.handinhandproductions.com (“Service”), operated by Hand in Hand Productions (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or purchasing access to an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase access. By using this Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
When you purchase access, you create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account with others. Sharing access credentials may result in termination of your account without refund.
3. What your purchase grants you
When you purchase access to an event, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view that event’s livestream and any associated replay content for 365 days from the date of purchase. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
4. What your purchase does NOT grant you
You may not:
- Record, screen-capture, download, or save the stream by any means
- Re-broadcast, re-stream, or publicly display the content
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violation of these terms results in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Livestream disclaimers
Live broadcasts depend on factors outside our complete control — internet infrastructure, third-party platforms, venue conditions, and other variables. We make reasonable efforts to deliver a quality stream but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. See our Refund Policy for how technical issues are handled.
6. Event changes and cancellations
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer or by us, registered buyers will receive notification by email and a full refund or credit toward a future event, at our discretion, following our Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@handinhandproductions.com.
9. Intellectual property
All event content, including livestreams, recordings, replays, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Hand in Hand Productions or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you the limited license described in Section 3 and nothing more.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hand in Hand Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the access in question.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
